   Day 1 Guwahati to Bhalukpong / Bomdila

   Cross into Arunachal and climb into the eastern Himalaya.

   Day 2 Bomdila to Dirang

   Monastery visit and a slow afternoon in the apple-orchard valley.

   Day 3 Dirang to Tawang via Sela Pass

   Cross Sela Pass at 13,700 ft and stop at the Jaswant Garh war memorial.

   Day 4 Tawang sightseeing

   Tawang Monastery, war memorial and the local market.

5. 5
   Day 5 Tawang to Dirang

   Return journey with photo stops, weather permitting.

   Day 6 Back to Guwahati

   Drive down to Guwahati for departure.
